The Charter is a charming boutique hotel and is only a 5-minute drive from Otopeni International Airport. Therme Bucharest and the Romexpo Exhibition Center are 10 km from the hotel.
We offer a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport from 4 am.
For tourists arriving at Otopeni Airport, we recommend using the taxi in front of the arrivals terminal that they can order from the terminal to the Order Taxi Machines. The cost of a taxi to the hotel is only 10 lei.
Free parking is available throughout the stay.
The rooms and suites are equipped with all modern amenities. The suites are spacious and offer a living area with leather sofas, chairs and a coffee table, 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well as a spa bath.
Guests can dine at the restaurant on the top floor terrace of the hotel. Staff are at your disposal 24 hours a day. The luggage storage can be used free of charge.
The property has a restaurant with bar, and guests can serve breakfast from 6am.

     ·  The room was very clean. With water, kettle & hot drinks options & a mini fridge. For a 3* the facilities were excellent. Staff helpful and accommodating. Very good value for money.

     ·  Closeness to airport. At least one-way shuttle service to airport. Soft bed.
     ·  Facilities weren't great. Says this is a 3-star room, it's maybe a 2-star. Leaky toilet, very dirty looking shower that I was not comfortable to use. Looked NOTHING like the photos! Booking said they spoke english, they hardly did. Got this place because it's incredibly close to the airport, but not in a good area, and they refused to pick me up at the airport, only return. Staff weren't friendly.
