The Charter is a charming boutique hotel and is only a 5-minute drive from Otopeni International Airport. Therme Bucharest and the Romexpo Exhibition Center are 10 km from the hotel.
We offer a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport from 4 am.
For tourists arriving at Otopeni Airport, we recommend using the taxi in front of the arrivals terminal that they can order from the terminal to the Order Taxi Machines. The cost of a taxi to the hotel is only 10 lei.
Free parking is available throughout the stay.
The rooms and suites are equipped with all modern amenities. The suites are spacious and offer a living area with leather sofas, chairs and a coffee table, 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well as a spa bath.
Guests can dine at the restaurant on the top floor terrace of the hotel. Staff are at your disposal 24 hours a day. The luggage storage can be used free of charge.

     ·  Beds are comfortable, spacious rooms.
     ·  Power sockets are out from the wall,dirty balcony window, dry mucus on the curtains, we found a very mouldy whole bread in the cupboard from at least a week old ,it was green.one balcony door was blocked. In the balcony that was open was a full ashtray with cigarettes and a paper cup on the floor.
