The Charter is a charming boutique hotel and is only a 5-minute drive from Otopeni International Airport. Therme Bucharest and the Romexpo Exhibition Center are 10 km from the hotel.
We offer a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport from 4 am.
For tourists arriving at Otopeni Airport, we recommend using the taxi in front of the arrivals terminal that they can order from the terminal to the Order Taxi Machines. The cost of a taxi to the hotel is only 10 lei.
Free parking is available throughout the stay.
The rooms and suites are equipped with all modern amenities. The suites are spacious and offer a living area with leather sofas, chairs and a coffee table, 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well as a spa bath.
Guests can dine at the restaurant on the top floor terrace of the hotel. Staff are at your disposal 24 hours a day. The luggage storage can be used free of charge.
The property has a restaurant with bar, and guests can serve breakfast from 6am.

     ·  A fost o experiență foarte plăcută. Rezervarea prin booking s-a respectat. Personal foarte amabil și binevoitor. Un lucru extraordinar este existența transferului, inclus în preț, către aeroport. Multumim foarte mult! Mai venim!
     ·  La camera 212 există o problemă cu scurgerea apei pe gresie la baie, probabil de la o țeavă spartă. Sperăm că această problemă s-a rezolvat deja! Mulțumim!

     ·  the staff never answered my calls before arriving, cleaners were extremely loud the second day in the morning when i was still asleep.

    Unsatisfactory

     ·  Трудно е да се каже какво ние харесало.
     ·  В първата стая/212/ в която ни настаниха не работеше климатичната система.След като се обърнах към рецепцията ни казаха ,че не могат да направят нищо. След повторното ми слизане до рецепция с видео , че дисплеят на климатичната система даваше грешка , рецепционистката благоволи да се качи за да се увери , че наистина не работи. Първоначално ни каза , че хотелът е зает напълно . Но в последствие ни премести в друга стая. /37/Слава богу там климатикът работеше , но всичко останало беше зле- петна по таваните, баня без душ/само подвижен/ с който не можеш да се изкъпеш нормално . Телевизия с лошо качество . Лоша миризма в стаята . Добре че бяхме само за една вечер. Просто хотелът не заслужава 3 звезди. Не бих го препоръчала на никого. Ние пътуваме много по различни дестинации , но за първи път попадаме на такова чудо.
    Благодаря ви, че споделихте опита си с нас. Съжаляваме, че не сме успели да отговорим на очакванията ви по време на престоя ви в нашия хотел.
